Surrounded by the lush greenery and morning light, the bus, filled with laughter and excitement, made its way to Yunyou Valley Scenic Area.

To further enhance teamwork and strengthen cohesion, JSFT organized a team-building event on July 19 for its new young employees. With youthful energy, they bonded through challenges, embarking on a new journey together.

Minds Opening, Excellency Emerging

 Through handshakes, hugs, and greetings, the initially reserved atmosphere quickly dissipated. Colleagues got to know each other better, seamlessly integrating into the group. It set a light-hearted and enjoyable tone for the day ahead.

As the teams took shape, their names - “Purple Tater Rats,” “Little Tigers,” “Snake or No One,” and “Chi the Dragon Strong”, all inspired by Chinese zodiac themes - sparked smiles on people’s faces. The team emblems were creative and charming, and the team songs echoed loudly across the green fields, vividly showcasing the rich imagination and creativity of the new generation.

Tower of Hanoi

 Strategic Thinking, Collaborative Competition

 With just three rods and a few colorful disks, the Tower of Hanoi seemed simple at first glance but proved to be a game of deep logic and strategy. As this brain-teasing game met team collaboration, it brought a fresh interpretation of a traditional puzzle, igniting a vibrant exchange of ideas. Team members worked together to find the optimal solution, experiencing the power of teamwork through reflection and shared effort.

Life-Sized Monopoly 

 Competition of Strength and the Brilliance of Wit

 “All in!” “Auction!” A lively round of “Life-Sized Monopoly” brought the event to its climax. In this simulated world, participants play the role of “wealth explorers” by rolling dice, trading properties, engaging in mini-games, and tackling challenges. Not only did they enjoy the excitement of this game, but they also learned valuable lessons about risk management, resource allocation, and strategic planning through simulated competition. Every successful investment and every wise decision deepened the trust and rapport among team members.

The incessant evening rain brought gentle thunder, and only with the clearing sky did one realize that summer had long arrived. At the height of summer, there was no better sight than this journey shared with companions who had common dreams and aspirations. The event concluded successfully, leaving behind cherished memories woven with sweat and laughter.

Participants expressed that through this team-building activity, they learned how to communicate more effectively, to face challenges as a team, and to achieve both individual and collective growth. There is no doubt that, in the days ahead, they will carry forward the friendships and insights they gained to approach their work with renewed enthusiasm and determination. Together, they will write new chapters in their journey and contribute their youthful energy to the growth of JSFT!
