To enhance team cohesion and help new employees quickly adapt to their roles, Jiangsu Provincial Foreign Trade Corporation (JSFT) held its 2024 New Employee Orientation Ceremony on the morning of July 16. A total of 27 new employees, embarking on new journeys full of aspirations, joined the "Foreign Trade Blue" family, setting off to pursue their dreams and write a new chapter in their lives.

The ceremony began with a screening of the company’s promotional video and a presentation showcasing the new employees. The vibrant visuals further deepened the newcomers’ sense of belonging to the company culture as each one introduced themselves.

Li Juqiang, Chairman of JSFT, warmly welcomed the new employees and introduced the company’s business operations and development philosophy. During the sharing session, six department heads introduced the unique aspects of their teams and offered words of encouragement. Four young employee representatives generously shared their work experiences and insights with the newcomers.

The new employees expressed their determination to raise the sails of hard work and keep rowing forward, continuously honing their abilities through practice. With passion, vision, and commitment, they will write their own foreign trade stories through action.
